Appropriates $7,942,694.00 from the State General Fund for Mississippi National Guard general operations for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Appropriates $134,645,213.00 from the Camp Shelby Timber Fund, Army National Guard Programs Fund, Camp Shelby Base Operations Fund, and Air National Guard Programs Fund for carrying out applicable statutes and federal/state agreements.

Authorizes 885 full-time permanent positions and 27 full-time time-limited positions for the Mississippi National Guard.

Allocates specific funds including $1,920,582.00 for Youth Challenge Program at Camp Shelby, $653,392.00 for Armed Forces Military Museum, $300,000.00 for Sonny Montgomery Center for America's Veterans at Mississippi State University, and $10,000.00 for Youth Challenge Program uniforms.

Prohibits use of general funds to reimburse National Guard members for training costs or to replace federal funds used for authorized salaries.
