Appropriates $174,157,671.00 in special funds to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 361 permanent full-time positions, 192 permanent part-time positions, 10 time-limited full-time positions, and 71 time-limited part-time positions.

Allocates $33,047,000.00 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Administration, unemployment compensation administration, employment services, and building acquisition and improvement.

Authorizes expenditure of up to $3,300,000.00 from State Workforce Investment Funds and up to $20,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Works Fund.

Allocates up to $100,000.00 from State Workforce Investment Funds for Pathways2Possibilities program.
