Appropriates $38,118,874 from the State General Fund and $32,469,083 from special funds to the Mississippi Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Appropriates $80,625,992 from the General Fund to reimburse counties, school districts, and municipal separate school districts for tax losses from homestead property tax exemptions under Section 27-33-1 et seq.

Appropriates $3,247,190 from the General Fund for purchase and delivery of motor vehicle license tags during fiscal year 2018.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from special funds derived from Department of Revenue contingent fee contracts for tax analysis and refund reduction services, with 10% of collected amounts deposited monthly into the special fund.

Allocates $811,740 for court collections programs: $405,870 to Municipal Court Collections and $405,870 to Justice Court Collections, supported from General Fund court assessments.
