Appropriates $150,644.00 from the State General Fund to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018)

Authorizes $285,356.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by or available to the Authority for the same fiscal year

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position and 1 part-time position for the Authority

Requires the Authority to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2017, and to submit fiscal year 2019 budget requests in comparable format

Takes effect July 1, 2017
