Appropriates $2,902,590.00 to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Authorizes 17 permanent full-time positions for the Board of Pharmacy with restrictions on salary escalations without new funds and Department of Finance and Administration approval.

Establishes performance targets for FY2018 including 100% of new licenses issued within 10 business days, 100% of renewals within 2 business days, and 100% of physicians, APRNs, and pharmacists registered to the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Appropriates an additional $123,500.00 to pay prior-year invoices to eSoftware Solutions (eCash Solutions).

Takes effect July 1, 2017, except the prior-year payment provision which takes effect upon passage through June 30, 2017.
