Appropriates $8,112,266.00 from the State General Fund and $340,000.00 from special funds to the Mississippi Gaming Commission for fiscal year 2017-2018.

Authorizes 127 permanent full-time positions for the Gaming Commission.

Directs that a portion of special funds be derived from forfeited property seized by the Gaming Commission for law enforcement resources and from fingerprinting fees for Department of Public Safety fingerprint analysis.

Establishes performance targets for FY2018 including annual state riverboat gaming revenues of $2,169,380,793.00 with 29 casinos regulated and 68 charitable bingo halls regulated.

Requires the Gaming Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2017 and submit the FY2019 budget request with comparable detail.
