Appropriates $74,805.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Requires the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment if bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when making purchases without competitive bidding.

Mandates compliance with Section 27-104-25 of the Mississippi Code, prohibiting state agencies from incurring obligations exceeding their appropriation.

Directs the State Treasurer to pay appropriated funds upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer based on requisitions from authorized agency personnel.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
