Appropriates $954,150.00 from the Mississippi Fair Commission's special fund account for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2018.

Appropriates $56,911.00 for junior exhibitor roundup shows, $19,542.00 for livestock premiums at the State Fair, and $13,310.00 for county livestock shows (capped at $1,000 per county).

Appropriates $57,458.00 for five district livestock shows and $7,438.00 for five state dairy shows, with at least 75% of funds designated for 4-H Club members and school youth exhibitors.

Appropriates $12,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo promotion and expenses and $44,979.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship.

Allows remaining funds between show awards and prize monies to be transferred at fiscal year end, except county shows remain capped at $1,000.00 maximum per county.
