Appropriates $13,931,266 from the State General Fund for the Office of the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018)

Authorizes 98 permanent full-time positions and 13 time-limited full-time positions for the agency

Allocates up to $500,000 for principal and interest payments on county voting system bonds

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the Elections Support Fund for acquiring, upgrading, and maintaining voting equipment and training election officials

Authorizes transfer of up to $9,787,443 from the Public Trust Tidelands Fund to the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources
