Extends the repeal date of the Greenwood Tourism Commission law from September 30, 2017 to September 30, 2021.

Removes mandatory donation requirements that previously obligated the commission to donate at least $2,000 annually to Thompson Clemons Post 200 American Legion and at least $5,000 annually to R & M Productions.

Maintains the commission's authority to levy taxes up to 1% on hotel and motel room rentals and up to 1% on restaurant and bar gross receipts to fund tourism and convention promotion activities.

Requires the commission to submit an annual budget to the city governing authorities for approval and to undergo annual independent audits by a certified public accountant.
