Authorizes the Town of Tishomingo governing authorities to construct, expand, operate, and maintain a gas distribution system in specified areas outside the town corporate limits in Tishomingo County, Mississippi.

Permits service expansion into Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of Township 5 South, Range 11 East and Sections 33 and 34 of Township 4 South, Range 11 East.

Caps rates for customers outside corporate limits at twice the rate charged to customers within the town limits for the same service.

Requires compliance with the Public Service Commission's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity requirements and all other provisions of Section 77-3-1 et seq., Mississippi Code of 1972.

Takes effect upon passage.
