Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Rankin County to erect and display specially designed street signs near the intersection of Mississippi Highways 25 and 43 welcoming individuals to Sandhill, Mississippi.

Authorizes additional specially designed street signs acknowledging Tori Bowie as the winner of an Olympic Gold Medal at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Requires both signs to be mounted one above the other on a single mounting structure with a total surface area between 25 and 40 square feet.

Makes Rankin County responsible for maintaining and funding the signs.

Takes effect upon passage.
