Authorizes the Coahoma County Board of Supervisors to contribute annually up to $10,000 from the county general fund to Spring Initiative, Inc., a Mississippi nonprofit corporation

Contributions are discretionary and conditioned on Spring Initiative, Inc. maintaining its status as a Mississippi nonprofit corporation with tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3)

Requires Spring Initiative, Inc. to file federal and state income tax returns in a timely manner and provide proof of timely filing to the board of supervisors

Provision expires and is repealed effective September 30, 2020

Takes effect upon passage
