Recognizes and congratulates Indiana State Representative Cherrish Pryor, a native of Holly Springs, Mississippi, on her election as Chair of the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus on November 22, 2016.

Pryor has served as a Democratic member of the Indiana House of Representatives representing the 94th District since 2008 and previously served on the Indianapolis City-County Council from 2007 to 2008.
