Proposes constitutional amendment allowing one-quarter of either house of the Mississippi Legislature to challenge proposed or existing state agency administrative regulations by transmitting written opposition to the Governor

Requires majority vote of both the House and Senate to adopt or affirm any regulation that has been challenged under this procedure

Automatically vacates any regulation if the Legislature fails to vote on the challenge within 180 days

Prohibits challenged regulations from taking effect without legislative approval, and makes legislative approval or rejection not subject to gubernatorial veto

Scheduled for voter approval at the November 2018 general election
