Amends Joint Rule No. 40 of the Mississippi Legislature to prohibit the legislature from convening on Easter Sunday.

Adds a new provision (marked as ****) to the legislative timetable stating "The Legislature shall not convene on Easter Sunday."

The amendment applies to the 83rd day/104th day slot in the legislative calendar, which falls between the deadline for filing conference reports on appropriation and revenue bills (82nd/103rd day) and the deadline for final adoption of conference reports (84th/105th day).

Does not modify any other legislative deadlines, procedures, or rules beyond adding this Easter Sunday restriction.
