Commends Hughes for his professional excellence, fairness, sound counsel, and ability to forge strong bipartisan friendships across both chambers of the legislature.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Hughes's family, forwarded to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, and distributed to the Capitol Press Corps.
