Commends and congratulates Jim McIngvale, Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, as 2016-2017 Chairman of the Mississippi Manufacturers Association Board of Directors.

Recognizes McIngvale's 40+ years in public, governmental, and community affairs, including his position at Ingalls Shipbuilding since 1977.

Acknowledges his leadership roles including service on the Mississippi Economic Council Operating Board, as founding member and Chairman of MEC's Public Education Forum, and as Vice Chair of the Mississippi Military Communities Council.

Notes his education as a 1976 University of Mississippi graduate and his residence in Pascagoula with his wife Nancy.

Directs that the resolution be presented to McIngvale and forwarded to the Executive Director of the Mississippi Manufacturers Association.
