Designates March 19-25, 2017, as "Flashing Lights Matter; Slow Down, Move Over Week" in Mississippi to promote awareness of the state's "Slow Down, Move Over" law enacted in 2007.

Acknowledges that approximately 71% of Americans are unaware of "Slow Down, Move Over" laws despite their enactment in all 50 states.

Directs state agencies including the Department of Public Safety, Department of Transportation, State Fire Academy, and organizations such as the Towing Association, Sheriff's Association, and Chiefs of Police Association to conduct a statewide educational campaign on March 21-22, 2017.

Requires dissemination of information regarding the initiative to participating state agencies and interested stakeholders, and distribution to the Capitol Press Corps.
