Recognizes the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), an independent nonprofit organization authorized by Congress in 2010, for its financial and resource support of health care research in the Mississippi Delta.

Acknowledges PCORI's mission to fund comparative clinical effectiveness research and improve evidence available to patients, clinicians, insurers, and policymakers in making informed health care decisions.

Extends recognition to the University of Southern Mississippi and the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation on the occasion of the Mississippi Rural Delta PCORI Partnership Community Celebration on April 4, 2017.

Directs presentation of the resolution to PCORI's Executive Director, the President of the University of Southern Mississippi, and the Director of the Fannie Lou Hamer Cancer Foundation.
