Commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), which was created by Congress in 1916 and fully implemented in 1917.

Recognizes JROTC's achievement of 96% average daily attendance, 98% graduation rates, and 2.9 average GPA while serving 9th through 12th grade students across 54 units in Mississippi.

Acknowledges College Options Foundation's partnership efforts to connect JROTC cadets with workforce development programs at Mississippi State University, William Carey, Jackson State University, and community colleges aligned with priority industry sectors including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, energy, and technology.

Recognizes JROTC's role in preparing over 12,000 Mississippi cadets for academic and career readiness while supporting the State Workforce Investment Board's goals under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Directs that this resolution be presented to the College Options Foundation and the Director of Army Instruction for Mississippi's JROTC program, forwarded to the Governor, and released to the Capitol Press Corps.
