Recognizes "Mississippi Governors Day" celebration held in Natchez, Mississippi, on June 24, 2017, as an occasion to honor the current Governor and all former Governors, living and deceased.

Event allows Governors and their families to share personal stories, reflections, and accomplishments of gubernatorial administrations and is open to the general public.

Highlights that Natchez is home to 12 Mississippi Governors, including Territorial Governors Winthrop Sargent and David Holmes, and State Governors such as John Quitman, Charles Clark, Adelbert Ames, and William Allain.

Encourages students and citizens from across the state to attend this educational civic event during Mississippi's Bicentennial Celebration.

Directs the Department of Archives and History and Division of Tourism to disseminate the resolution and make it available to the Capitol Press Corps.
