Recognizes Mayor George "Pat" Patterson of Oxford, Mississippi for his service as Alderman and Mayor, noting his announcement that he will not seek re-election after two terms in each office.

Acknowledges Patterson's role in guiding Oxford's unprecedented growth while maintaining the city's character, including the development of the strategic plan "Seeing Oxford at 200" for the city's bicentennial in 2037.
