The Basses sponsor an annual Natural Resource Field Day for Lawrence County School District students and provide hunting opportunities for youth and handicapped individuals

Active members of the Mississippi Forestry Association and county forestry associations who promote best management practices and encourage other landowners to become involved

Directs the resolution be presented to the Bass family, the Mississippi Forestry Association, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
