Honors Lieutenant Colonel Dean Todd, U.S. Air Force Retired, who passed away on November 24, 2016, for his military service and civic leadership on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Recognizes Todd's Air Force career spanning from 1953 to 1980, including pilot training, assignments in Germany, France, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Laos, and 500 combat flying hours out of over 5,000 total flying hours.

Documents Todd's military decorations including the Distinguished Flying Cross, Meritorious Service Medal with oak leaf clusters, Air Medal with eight oak leaf clusters, and Vietnam Service Medal.

Acknowledges Todd's 40+ years of volunteer service to the Keesler Air Force Base community, including 36 years as a patient escort moving over 30,000 patients and 40 years on the Keesler Federal Credit Union Board of Directors as Chairman for 19 years.

Extends the Legislature's condolences to Todd's surviving wife Victoria, three children, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and directs the resolution be presented to his family and Keesler Air Force Base.
