Creates "The Mississippi Urine Trouble Act" to prohibit selling, transferring, marketing, or giving away human or synthetic urine intended to defraud drug or alcohol screening tests.

Prohibits attempting to defeat drug or alcohol screening tests by substituting urine, spiking samples, or advertising such devices or measures.

Prohibits possessing or selling adulterants (including bleach, chromium, nitrite, and 11 other specified substances) with intent to adulterate urine samples for drug or alcohol screening tests.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption of intent to defraud if heating elements or instructions for thwarting tests accompany urine sales or distribution.

Classifies violations as misdemeanors punishable by a fine of $1,000, imprisonment for six months, or both; effective July 1, 2018.
