Department of Finance and Administration authorized to donate and transfer state-owned real property in Coahoma County (Cutrer Mansion lot, St. Elizabeth School lot, and St. Elizabeth Gymnasium lot) to the Board of Trustees of Coahoma Community College at no cost.

Board of Trustees of Coahoma Community College becomes responsible for management, upkeep, and maintenance of the transferred property and all facilities and improvements located thereon.

Property must be used for higher education, workforce training, and continuing education purposes at the Coahoma County Higher Education Center; reverts to the state if the board operates it contrary to these purposes, abandons the property, or attempts to sell or transfer it.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the conveyed property.

Department of Finance and Administration authorized to correct any discrepancies in the legal property description.
