Requires all real estate education providers to obtain a valid license from the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to offer pre-license, post-license, or continuing education courses.

Education providers must demonstrate sound financial planning, qualified instructors, adequate support staff, record-keeping capabilities, and written grievance/refund policies to qualify for licensure.

Establishes course requirements including 75% passing grades, closed-book examinations (unless waived), proctoring standards, and live or interactive formats for core curriculum courses with polling questions at least every 30 minutes.

Requires all pre-license and continuing education instructors to obtain a valid instructor license and complete an approved one-day instructor development workshop, with instructors needing to teach at least one course per licensure period to renew.

Repeals existing sections 73-35-14 through 73-35-14.5 governing real estate schools and establishes a two-year license term for both education providers and instructors, effective July 1, 2018.
