Limits case plan requirements to inmates convicted after July 1, 2014, exempting those convicted before that date.

Removes the 90-day deadline for the Department of Corrections to complete case plans for inmates.

Eliminates the requirement for caseworkers to meet with inmates every eight weeks to review case plan progress.

Removes the requirement for the Department to submit electronic progress reports to the Parole Board every four months.

Directs the Department to establish rules and regulations for determining inmate compliance with case plans and requires notification to the Parole Board if an inmate fails to maintain compliance.
