Amends Section 25-43-3.114 of the Mississippi Code to require occupational licensing boards under Occupational Licensing Review Commission supervision to review all rules at least every three years

Boards must determine whether existing rules should be repealed, amended, or whether new rules should be adopted during the three-year review period

Boards must submit an executive summary of their rule review determinations to the Occupational Licensing Review Commission

Maintains existing requirement for all agencies to review rules at least every five years

Effective date: July 1, 2018
