Eliminates provisions requiring the trip optimizer system to account for distance to pick up rental vehicles and long-term state contract discounts when determining maximum reimbursement amounts.

Maintains existing travel reimbursement rules for state officers and employees, including mileage rates, meal allowances, and lodging expenses as set by the Department of Finance and Administration.
