Designates the entire segment of U.S. Highway 49 in Simpson County, Mississippi as the "Mississippi World War II Veterans Memorial Highway" to commemorate World War II veterans, particularly recognizing D'Lo, Mississippi for contributing the largest percentage of its citizens to serve in World War II among any municipality in the nation.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage along U.S. Highway 49 in Simpson County, including a sign near the Town of D'Lo.

Designates U.S. Highway 82 within Mississippi as the "Blues and Heritage Highway" and requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage along the highway.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
