Deletes repealer language on dental care services covered under Medicaid and extends the repealer date for the comprehensive list of Medicaid-covered care and services from June 30, 2018 to July 1, 2021.

Extends the repealer date for hospital assessment provisions (used to fund Medicaid program, hospital assessment administration, and Medicare Upper Payment Limits and Disproportionate Share Hospital payments) from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2021.

Extends the repealer date for DSH and inpatient UPL payment provisions from July 1, 2018 to July 1, 2021.

Effective date is June 30, 2018, with all extended provisions now expiring on July 1, 2021 instead of 2018.
