Allows vehicles transporting timber products with loads extending more than 4 feet beyond the bed or trailer to operate at night if equipped with a rotating or oscillating amber strobe-type lamp or LED light affixed near the end of the load.

Removes the daylight-only operating restriction for timber product vehicles with projecting loads when they display the required amber warning light during the specified time periods.

Amends Section 63-5-19 to add conforming references to Section 63-7-47 regarding timber product transport regulations in subsections (6) and (7).

Effective July 1, 2018.
