Creates the Mississippi Honey Producers Advisory Council composed of 10 members from the Executive Board of the Mississippi Beekeepers Association.

Council tasked with reviewing Mississippi's laws and regulations governing honey production to identify concerns and determine if revisions are needed.

Council shall include technical assistance from staff members of the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce, Mississippi State Department of Health, and Mississippi State University Extension Service at each meeting.

President of the Mississippi Beekeepers Association serves as council chair; council must elect a vice chair to serve as secretary and maintain records and meeting minutes.

Council must submit written findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than November 30, 2018, after which the council shall be dissolved.
