State Department of Health shall establish WISEWOMAN program focusing on heart disease, stroke, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and colorectal cancer in women.

State Department of Health shall establish WISEMAN program focusing on heart disease, stroke, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, and diabetes in men.

Programs must provide education about healthy behaviors and risk factor reduction, screening and testing for early disease detection, and target populations with greatest need based on scientific evidence.

Department shall contract with public or private clinics and agencies with demonstrated success in reducing chronic diseases through education, prevention, and early screening.

Department shall seek grants from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public or private entities to fund the programs, effective July 1, 2018.
