Creates the "Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act" requiring Mississippi law enforcement to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement and determine immigration status during lawful arrests when reasonable suspicion exists that a person is unlawfully present.

Requires all employers in Mississippi to use E-Verify to confirm employment authorization for new hires and maintain records for at least three years; contractors working with public employers must also comply with E-Verify requirements.

Prohibits aliens unlawfully present in the United States from entering into business transactions with the state (including driver's licenses, business licenses, and grants) and requires demonstration of lawful presence or U.S. citizenship for such transactions.

Establishes an Immigration Reimbursement Fund to reimburse county and municipal jails up to $20 per day for costs of incarcerating illegal aliens, funded by legislative appropriations, federal monies, and civil penalties.

Authorizes all Mississippi law enforcement officers to assist federal immigration agencies in enforcement and provides indemnification protections for officers making arrests in good faith under this act; makes unauthorized employment a felony punishable by imprisonment of one to five years and fines of $1,000 to $10,000.
