Authorizes issuance of up to $3,200,000 in state general obligation bonds for wastewater infrastructure and access road improvements at Gateway Industrial Park in Pike County, Mississippi.

Creates a special fund designated "2018 Pike County - Gateway Industrial Park Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for eligible infrastructure projects.

Bonds may be issued by the State Bond Commission at one or more times, with maturity dates not exceeding 25 years from issue, and no bonds may be issued after July 1, 2022.

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with principal and interest payments guaranteed by state funds if appropriated funds prove insufficient.

Bond proceeds and income are exempt from Mississippi state taxation, and any remaining fund balances after project completion shall be applied to bond debt service.
