Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Coahoma County to establish one or more leisure and recreation districts within the county outside municipal corporate limits by resolution.

Establishes a specific geographic area of approximately 4.3 acres for the district, with detailed boundary descriptions starting from the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 26 North, Range 3 West.

Requires the Board of Supervisors to provide for adequate law enforcement and other public safety measures and services within the district.

Mandates the Board submit to the Department of Revenue: a copy of the establishing resolution, sheriff's department verification of law enforcement provisions, and a list of permit holders conducting business in the district.

Takes effect upon passage.
