Authorizes issuance of up to $1,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund construction, furnishing, and equipping of the Mississippi Children's Museum - Meridian in Meridian, Mississippi

Creates the "2018 Mississippi Children's Museum - Meridian Construction Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with funds remaining separate from the General Fund and not lapsing at fiscal year end

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and must be issued before July 1, 2022

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with the State Treasurer authorized to pay any deficiency from State Treasury funds if appropriated funds are insufficient

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies
