Extends the repeal date of the Grenada Tourism Commission and tourism tax provisions from September 30, 2018 to September 30, 2022.

Authorizes the City of Grenada to levy an additional tax of up to 1% on hotel and motel room rentals for constructing, financing, and operating a sports park.

Authorizes the City of Grenada to levy an additional tax of up to 1% on gross receipts from restaurants and bars (prepared food, beer, and alcoholic beverages) for the sports park, exempting establishments with less than $100,000 annual gross proceeds.

Requires approval of the additional taxes by a 60% vote of qualified electors at an election before implementation.

Dedicates all proceeds from the new sports park taxes to construction, financing, and operation of the sports park as a dedicated fund separate from general city revenues.
