Appropriates $280,935.00 from the State Treasury to the State Board of Barber Examiners for fiscal year July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions and 4 permanent part-time positions for the board.

Establishes performance targets including 380 examinations given, 1-day processing for in-state licenses, and 5-day processing for out-of-state licenses.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2018 and submit budget requests in comparable detail.

Authorizes the agency to expend additional funds from available sources for health insurance costs and fees from state departments, up to $8,040.00 annually.
