Appropriates $203,765.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019)

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions to be funded with the appropriated amount

Restricts personal services expenses in fiscal year 2020 to not exceed fiscal year 2019 levels unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature

Allows the agency to escalate other special funds by up to $10,277 to cover increases in health insurance costs and fees from state departments during fiscal year 2019

Requires all revenue generated by the board to be deposited into a special fund and directs that interest earned remain in the fund rather than revert to the State General Fund
