Appropriates $127,643.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the State Board of Optometry for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position for the board to carry out its operations.

Requires the State Board of Optometry to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2018, with comparable budget request submissions.

Grants authority to expend additional funds up to $2,919.00 from available sources for health insurance costs and fees from state departments in fiscal year 2019.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
