Appropriates $24,872,365.00 from the State General Fund for district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, criminal investigators, and office expenses for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Appropriates $696,809.00 from the State Prosecutor Compensation Fund for assistant district attorney salaries as authorized under Mississippi Code Section 25-31-5(1).

Allocates $1,234,000.00 of appropriated funds for district attorney office expenses under Mississippi Code Section 25-31-8.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds to reimburse district attorneys or staff for taxable meals consumed within their geographical district.

Requires district attorneys to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2018, and requires fiscal year 2020 budget requests to use comparable format and detail.
