Appropriates $6,605,116.00 from the State General Fund and $907,111.00 from special funds to the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019), authorizing 70 permanent full-time positions.

Appropriates $21,402,467.00 from the State General Fund and $8,548,443.00 from special funds for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, with $8,720,000.00 allocated for judge support staff at up to $80,000 per judge annually and 109 permanent full-time positions authorized.

Appropriates $11,343,903.00 from the State General Fund and $31,469,849.00 from special funds for the Administrative Office of Courts, including $6,500,000.00 for the Drug Court Program and $1,875,000.00 for the Youth Court Support Fund, authorizing 30 permanent full-time positions.

Appropriates $4,314,088.00 from the State General Fund and $1,563,107.00 from special funds for the Court of Appeals, authorizing 58 permanent full-time positions, and $338,691.00 from special funds for the Board of Bar Admissions with 3 permanent full-time positions.

Appropriates $144,414.00 from a newly created Continuing Legal Education Fund for lawyer education programs (2 permanent full-time positions) and authorizes transfers up to $4,500,000.00 from the Administrative Office of Courts to the Court of Appeals and Trial Judges for operations.
