Appropriates $1,658,441.00 from the State General Fund to the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes 9 permanent full-time positions for the office with no part-time or time-limited positions.

Requires the office to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2018, with comparable budget request submissions for fiscal year 2020.

Reappropriates up to $100,000.00 from unexpended balances authorized in HB 1496 (2017 Regular Session) for agency operations, not to exceed the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2018.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
