Appropriates $9,535,631.00 from the State General Fund and $8,537,020.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Authorizes 173 permanent full-time positions, 7 permanent part-time positions, 9 time-limited full-time positions, and 0 time-limited part-time positions for the department.

Allocates $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties, $100,000.00 for Beauvoir Shrine capital development and maintenance, and $750,000.00 for repair and renovation of the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building.

Provides $45,748.00 for the Statewide Oral History Project and $51,000.00 from the Historic Properties Trust Fund for studying expansion of Vicksburg National Military Park.

Reappropriates $131,176.00 for Beauvoir Shrine capital development and $130,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Old Smith County Jailhouse from prior year authorizations.
