Appropriates $97,969,323.00 from the State General Fund to the Department of Child Protection Services for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019).

Appropriates an additional $137,172,633.00 from special funds to the Department of Child Protection Services for the same fiscal year period.

Authorizes 1,537 permanent full-time positions and 417 time-limited full-time positions for the department.

Requires the department to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2018, and submit future budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Allocates $93,601.00 from General Fund appropriations to the Mississippi Children's Trust Fund supported by court assessments.
