Reappropriates $6,223,972.00 from Fund 3390300000 for construction and repair/renovation projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and state agencies authorized in HB 1526 (2017) for fiscal year 2019.

Reappropriates $8,200,000.00 from Fund 6113000000 for construction and renovation of Green Hall at the University of Southern Mississippi authorized in SB 2924 (2016) and HB 1526 (2017) for fiscal year 2019.

Reappropriates $3,311,592.00 from Fund 6493C00000 for upgrades and renovation of the water treatment facility at Alcorn State University authorized in SB 3015 (2017) for fiscal year 2019; total reappropriations of $42,225,763.00 with expenditures limited to unexpended balances as of June 30, 2018.
